Here are some amazing drills for you to do!
1. Go into your blocking position and quickly jump up back into your secondary position! repeat 60 times per day!-Your blocking will improve the more you do them!
2. Block side to side. Like #1 Do the same thing just 10 blocks to the left and right each! When doing side to side angle your body to the plate!
